AlFaisalya Organizes Activities of Autism Day

First: awareness campaigns:

Starting from the 2nd of April , 2012, corresponding to the 10th of Jmadalaol 1433 AH.
This year Jeddah Autism Center implements an awareness program by broadcasting awareness Ads and spread slogans concerning the autism on the 2nd of April through:
  • Roads Ads in collaboration with the Secretariat of Jeddah.
  • Screens in the King Tower.
  •  Ads on billboards and electronic screens in cooperation with Almaawea screens.
  • Media coverage in television, radio, and some satellite channels interested in awareness programs with the participation of specialists and parents.
  • Awareness publications and brochures distributed in hospitals and medical centers.

Second: "Accept the Challenge 3"Festival
The festival starts on Wednesday 19th of JamadaAlaol, 1433, corresponding to April 11, 2012 AD.
This year's festival is held in cooperation with the Al-Rafeef Home Center under the slogan (We are with you).  Al-Rafeef Home flowers participate in organizing events within a variety of activities, including (paintings shows / charity market /  popular corners / competitions)
Third: Art Competition (Gulf unity)
27 Jmadalaol 1433 AH, corresponding to 19 April 2012.
(Gulf unity Exhibition and Competition for drawing, handmade arts and crafts for people with autism) in the State of Qatar at the headquarters of the Cultural district " Katara ".
Fourth:  family counseling week:
Saturday from 7 to 11 Jmadalthani 1433 H, corresponding to April 28 to May 2, 2012
The Department of Social Work at Jeddah Center for Autism organizes  awareness week concerning  families with autism and offers training courses and workshops at the Centre in collaboration with the Center of Childhood Development. The events conclude with open meeting between the mothers and fathers to discuss common issues and experiences.
