The Victims of Jeddah Floods 1432 AH – 2011 AD

Under the supervision of the Ministry of Social Affairs Faisaliah Association created a committee to help the victims of Jeddah floods 1432 – 2011 atBani Malik, Aneksh and Ruwais. Which are considered the most affected areas by the floods.
The Association has developed an integrated plan to help those affected in these areas by forming several working teams work on collecting information and limit the damage caused by the invasion of floods in these areas and work to provide integrated services to help and relief inhabitants.
The teams are as follows:
  • Field survey team: who works to define numbers of affected people and to estimate  the extent of the damage caused to property and to deliver the assistance to the affected people.
  • Distribution team: who works on identifying the needs of those affected people and to classify the donations and prepare to distribute them in coordination with the field survey team.
  • PR team: who works on fundraising in coordination and communication with donors (individuals and companies).
These teams have begun work directly in cooperation and coordination with several volunteer youth teams and in coordination with several groups and institutions which work to provide integrated services to the residents of these areas.
