Al- Faisalya Women’s Welfare Society represented in Princess Hassa bint Khalid Center for Social Development, and in collaboration with the Primary Home Care, organize awareness lecture in the occasion of theInternational Month for Alzheimerentitled:
"What do you know about Alzheimer and the nutrition role in protection ",
on Tuesday, 16^th of November 1433, corresponding to the 2^nd of  October 2012 at the Al-Faisalya Association Theatre, from ninth to tenth in the morning. It has been taken the purple color as a logo for this effectiveness.
This lecture comes in the framework of awareness programs and cultural activities adopted by the Association, which interested on the definition of Alzheimer's disease and educate patients and their families to deal with the disease and its prevention, by God willing, and to highlight the importance of healthy and varied food in the prevention of this disease.
During the lecture we will distribute leaflets and purple sacks contain types of nuts such as "almonds, raisins and walnuts" to all attendees.
It is worthy to  mention that  Al- Faisalya Women’s Welfare Society represented in  Princess Hassa bint Khalid Center for Social Development, has  signed a cooperation agreement with the Saudi Charity Association for Alzheimer's disease in 26/02/1432 AH corresponding to 30/1/2011 and since that time the Association began to provide her services for Alzheimer's patients through providing medical devices ,drugs , and awareness lectures offered to the families in order to raise public awareness of Alzheimer's disease.
